Orange Butter

It’s amazing how just a little added something to a dish can make it go from regular to spectacular. Today’s orange butter is exactly one of those things.
Just by adding a few extra ingredients to a butter, you end up with something you can use to take your dish to a whole new level. This orange butter is perfect to use on rolls, english muffins, waffles, etc. My favorite way to use it is on pancakes then I top them with berries and maple syrup. It turns my regular pancakes into a more gourmet version of itself. They taste amazing!

I was thinking this butter would also be pretty magnificent melted over cooked carrots or on a baked sweet potato. Get creative in ways to use this and come back and leave a comment about it!
