Here is Menu Plan Monday – Week 54.

  • Southwestern Manwich Chili – This comes together in under 30 minutes. I love that I can make a flavorful chili in such a short amount of time. Not only does Manwich help make meal time quick and easy, but it is full of flavor!
  • Baked Chicken Chimichangas –  I love this baked version of a chimichanga.  Deep frying in oil is replaced by brushing these baked chicken chimichangas with melted butter or margarine and baking in the oven.
  • Ground Beef Philly Sandwiches – This is another great meal that is ready to go in 30 minutes or less. Ground beef is used in place of the beef slices.
  • Bacon and Corn Chowder {Slow Cooker} – bacon and corn chowder is a soup that utilizes Progresso’s new Recipe Starter.  This recipe specifically uses the roasted garlic flavor. You will need to pick a different recipe in place of this one. The product used to make this is no longer produced.
  • Crock Pot Chops and Gravy –  I love to make this crock pot and have only cooked it that way. So easy and delicious! However, these are instructions for the oven if you want to use that method instead.
