It is the first Monday of 2014 and I now have a years worth of meal plan Mondays for you all – 52 weeks in all! Today is menu plan monday week 52! So if one of your goals is to be better organized in planning meals, I have got you covered. Just go to the navigation bar and select menu plan and you will find all 52 weeks worth of menu plans!
Every week includes 5 planned main dish recipes along with a shopping list. I include 5 meals because I figure 1 of the other nights can be a leftover night or pizza night. The other night can be a night out or a night off of cooking. Here is what’s in menu plan Monday week 52.

- Meatball Shepherd’s Pie – This meatball shepherd’s pie really was easy to make and a big hit with the whole fam!
- Easy Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy – This a simple and easy recipe. You can serve this slow cooker chicken and gravy over noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.Â
- Easy One Pot Pasta – This dish is all made in one pot, which means less clean up. It also includes pantry items that you can have on hand.Â
- Pork Carnitas – This Pork Carnitas {Slow Cooker} meat is fabulous in tacos, but would also be great for enchiladas, quesadillas, or burritos! Â
- Market Street Clam Chowder – This is a copy cat version of a recipe from the popular Utah restaurant.
