Here is your Menu Plan Monday – Week 39.

  • Barbecue Pork Sandwiches – Who doesn’t love a good bbq pork sandwich? Of course, I use my crock pot for this recipe. It also only requires 3 ingredients.
  • Quick Beef Skillet Enchiladas – There is no need to turn on the oven for these saucy quick beef skillet enchiladas. They are made completely on the stove top. These enchiladas are more of a casserole style.
  • Easy Garlic Pasta – This easy garlic pasta is one of those comforting type of dishes but works well for summer since it is all done on the stove top. It is kind of like a homemade version of Noodle Roni and is much better.
  • Homemade Chicken Strips – You only need a few ingredients to make these. You start by placing the chicken strips in some buttermilk. They just need 15 minutes to soak in that buttermilk. Then it’s as easy as mixing some seasoned salt in with some flour. Then it’s time to coat the chicken in the flour and fry them up in a skillet
  • Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Meatballs – This is a great dump and go recipe for the slow cooker. Just add some frozen meatballs in a crock pot along with some green pepper and onion. Pour some sweet and sour sauce over it all. Then, cook on low for 4 hours.
