Here is Menu Plan Monday – Week 38.

  • Mexican Bean Pizzas – These starts with a layer of cheese sandwiched between 2 tortillas. Then it is topped with a mixture of onion, green chilies and Bush’s black beans.  Add some salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole and you are all set. 
  • Tender Grilled Pork Chops – These chops marinade in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning.
  • Easy Grill Packets –  These cook so quickly is because of the ingredients you use. They really just need to be heated through. You do want the potatoes and onions to have a little time to get a little more tender. Other than that, you are basically warming up the ingredients and melting the cheese.
  • Crock Pot Southwestern Chicken Nachos – We did figure out that the way we liked these crockpot southwestern chicken nachos best was when you but cheese on the chips first. Then microwave it so the cheese is melty. Then top it with the chicken mixture followed by all the other toppings.
  • Easy Marinara Meatball Subs – This recipe for easy marinara meatball subs cooks 3-4 hours in the slow cooker and only needs 3 ingredients. You can make it 4 ingredients if you add cheese, which I highly recommend.
