Menu Plan Monday – Week 28

Here is your Menu Plan Monday – Week 28.

  • Brown Sugar Chicken – you can use this brown sugar chicken recipe and cook your chicken on the grill. Or if the weather isn’t cooperating to grill you can cook it in the oven. 
  • Asian Lettuce Wraps – The first time I made this recipe I did double it and put half in the freezer.  The first time we had these with the butter lettuce.  The second time we did them with regular old iceberg lettuce.  Both worked fine.  
  • BLT Pizza – This BLT Pizza recipe is a really fun idea. You take a frozen cheese Di Giorno four cheese pizza, but make it fun and different by adding fresh ingredients as toppings after you bake the pizza. I really did enjoy this change.
  • Basic Waffles – This waffle does require you to take the extra step of separating the eggs and whipping the whites. But it is well worth it.  You end up with this delicious sponge-like waffle rather than the cakey consistency I get from my go to store bought mix. 
  • Simple Beef and Noodles – This recipe is a great way to use up leftover gravy if you have some. If you don’t have any, you can just mix some up from a dry gravy mix.
