Menu Plan Monday – Week 26

So it isn’t quite grilling weather here yet in Utah. However, if it is in your neck of the woods, I have included a grilling recipe in this weeks Menu Plan Monday – Week 26.  

No worries though if you can’t grill, you can just cook it on the stove top. I also included an indoor bbq ready to hopefully help get us ready and in the mood for bbq weather! Enjoy and remember to click the icon below for a full printable shopping list of this weeks menu plan Monday – week 26!

  • Salisbury Steak –  I love the versatility of this recipe, you can finish it off in the oven or in the crock pot. It was easy and delicious.
  • Indoor BBQ Chicken –  Just because it isn’t summer doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some yummy barbecue chicken.  This meal comes together quickly only taking around 25 minutes to make.
  • Pineapple and Green Chili Pork Tacos – This is a hit with the whole family. The recipe also made enough for two meals, so the second time we made quesadillas with the meat. Those were equally tasty.
  • Pioneer Woman Mac and Cheese –  This recipe was fairly quick and easy to make.  It turns out great. 
  • Grilled (or Stove Top) Black Bean Quesadillas – These have a filling of cheese and black beans, which are my favorite bean to use.  Not only do I love the taste of them but they tend to be on the higher end for protein as far as beans go with 8 g of protein.
