Menu Plan Monday – Week 10
Today’s menu plan Monday – Week 10 is a revised version of week 4. I removed the grilled chicken recipe and replaced it with oven baked Chicken Teriyaki Thighs. I am only revising the first 4 weeks of meal plans so they have more seasonal dishes. Next week, I will be back with a brand new menu plan for ya. I also have some giveaways running. Be sure to enter the Hungry Jack, Classico, Saving Savanna, Reynolds, and SunChips giveaways!
Here is menu plan Monday – Week 10.
- Barbecue Chili with Corn – The soup gets it’s yummy barbecue flavor from a can of Bush’s southern pit flavored grillin’ beans. Since most of the work is done with the use of the baked beans in a can, this soup is ready to go in under 30 minutes.
- Southwestern Beef served as tacos – double recipe and freeze half. It really has a great flavor. I used a can of regular rotel and it wasn’t too spicy for my family and my family doesn’t tolerate much spice.
- City Chicken {mock chicken dish} – This recipe may be called chicken, but it really isn’t chicken. You actually make City Chicken with pork.
- Chicken Teriyaki Chicken Thighs – The teriyaki sauce is perfect and full of flavor. There is enough sauce to drizzle over some steamed rice to serve on the side.
- Pizza made with Fast and East Pizza Dough -This dough has the addition of some honey and garlic salt. The honey adds just the right amount of sweetness to the dough.
