Today, I have the Meal Plan Monday – Week 4 for you. It contains a grilling recipe along with a soup recipe to transition from summer to fall. I hope you are finding these helpful and are getting some stress relief. Planning those meals week after week can be frustrating.

  • Barbecue Chili with Corn – It is very similar to a taco soup recipe but with a barbecue flair. Most of the work is done with the use of the baked beans in a can, this soup is ready to go in under 30 minutes.
  • Southwestern Beef served as tacos – The flavor of this meat is fabulous!It includes two spices that I love together, chili powder and cumin. We had it as a taco but it would be terrific on a tostada, quesadilla, burrito, enchilada, or whatever you can think of. 
  • City Chicken {mock chicken dish} – Today’s recipe may be called chicken, but it really isn’t chicken.  You actually make City Chicken with pork. 
  • Citrus and Mustard Marinade – This simple citrus and mustard chicken marinade gives you chicken some delicious flavor.  
  • Pizza made with Fast and East Pizza Dough – This dough has the addition of some honey and garlic salt. The honey adds just the right amount of sweetness to the dough.
