Key Lime Pie Smoothie

by Laura

This key lime pie smoothie is a Weight Watchers favorite that I created last year. This recipe is really versatile.

You can use different combinations of pudding and yogurt flavors along with a little fruit. The Key Lime Pie Smoothie is one of my favorites. Other combinations that are good are: raspberry white chocolate yogurt with white chocolate pudding and a few frozen raspberries, strawberry yogurt with cheesecake pudding and a couple frozen strawberries, banana or vanilla yogurt with chocolate pudding and 1/2 a banana.

The possibilities are endless. I like to use the weight watcher yogurts, because I know they are 1 point. I am sure there are other light yogurts out there that are 1 point also. As long as you use a 1 point yogurt, your smoothie should be around 3 to 4 points depending on if you add any fruit.

Dear RMK, HELP! We are starting WW & I'm not quite sure what to cook for dinners. My husband is a meat & potatoes (ok so taro & banana – he's samoan) kinda guy. Any ideas? We are already using your 4 WW recipes & love the smoothies. Any ideas?
