More game day food is up for ya today. I have a simple easy queso blanco dip to share. It only takes 4 ingredients to make this deliciously cheesy dip.

You need 3 kinds of cheese. They are pepper jack and queso fresco. There is also Velveeta blanco too. They helps the meltiness of the cheeses. You will also add in some milk to help get the right texture and thickness for this dip. You also want to combine it all in a double boiler. This will keep the cheese from burning or scorching. No one wants that!

My kids love to eat tortilla chips and queso. It is definitely a favorite. They love it for a snack. This is an easy white queso dip comes together in no time. It’s easy enough my older kids can make it themselves.

This queso dip can be used for more than tortilla chips too. It’s great for raw veggies, pretzel bites, chicken tenders, corn dogs, taquitos, and fries too. It’s also good to smother a burrito with!
