Raise your hand if you love it when you only need 5 ingredients or less for a recipe! That’s a lot of hands. Well, you will all be thrilled to hear that that is exactly what is up for today. It is a simple pork chop cooked in a slow cooker. You only need 2 other ingredients for these crock pot pork chops. However, if you want to make a gravy with the cooking juices you will need some water (which I never count as an ingredient) along with some cornstarch or flour.
I love to make a slurry of water and flour to thicken juices for gravy and that is exactly what I did with the juices left in the crock pot with this recipe.

This looks very yummy, but I’m afraid that it might be too salty. Anyone had any issues with that?
Sounds delicious! I think it would be a good idea to brown the pork chops first.
This looks good, can’t wait to try. Will the pork chops come out browned, or should I brown a little in the skillet before putting in crock pot. Thanks!
Looks delicious! How do I thicken to make a gravy? (Sorry, I’m a newbie.) Thanks!
I whisk together 2 parts water to 1 part flour. You can even purchase a flour to make gravy with. It helps you to not end up with lumps. Then drizzle the mixture into the hot juices in a sauce pan. Just add a little at a time while cooking until it reaches the desired thickness.
