Happy New Year! We are celebrating today with the Best Recipes of 2009. I hope you all had a fun and safe New Year’s Eve. I had a fun time eating cereal candy and rocky road fudge then playing games with my family.  Now, I highly recommend the game Blokus.  I love the feeling of the new year.  A fresh clean slate and anticipation of what’s to come.

Food is also a great part of traditions.  With the New Year, it got me reflecting on all the fabulous recipes I made this last year.  I decided to make a “Best of 2009” list of the recipes I’ve done this past year to share with you today.  It was a hard thing to do.
