Melted chocolate and cream – pure heaven. There are so many fun things to dip in this too. My personal favorite thing to dip in fondue is marshmallows. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy other things in it too. I mean how can you not? It’s dipped in chocolate! However, my all time fav is the marshmallows followed by fresh pineapple.
#2 Eclair Pie
Had to pick this one since it has been a favorite of mine since I was a young girl. This is a simple way to get all of those flavors without making the pate a choux pastry. And since I made it when I was young, your kids can make this one too.
S’mores week was one of the highlights of this year. We are only talking 5 ingredients to make them. You simply MUST, MUST make these! There were so many yummy recipes but this was my favorite. I hope you have enjoyed the best dessert recipes of 2011.
