Just a little bit ago, I showed you how to host a hot dog bar which will go great with all of the sides I am sharing today. I used Ball Park’s new line of Premium Beef Franks called Ball Park Park’s Finest for my hot dog bar. They are a great option for your BBQ. The come in five outstanding flavors -Slow Cooked Chili, Jalapeño Cheddar, Signature Seasoned, Slow Smoked Hickory, and Cracked Dijon Mustard.

When I have a bbq, I always focus on 3 items for my sides – salads, dips, and fruit. Fruit can be pretty straight forward, but it is always even better if you have a tasty dip to serve it with. It is also great to utilize in a salad too. Then I like to serve tasty dips along with a variety of chip.

In order to keep things that need to be chilled cold, full a larger bowl half way with ice, that place your serving bowl inside the larger bowl.  I have also seen this done on a larger scale but filling a small kiddie pool with ice for everyone to place their salads, etc. in.
