A quick and simple recipe is exactly what I have for you today. This 4 ingredient chicken marinade comes together quickly and you can marinade the meat any where from 1 hour to overnight. It’s an awesome summer recipe.

The 4 ingredients used pack in a nice punch of flavor! All you need is some brown sugar, canola oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. They are simple ingredients, but mixed together results in a delicious combination.

Just add it all in to a gallon sized Ziploc bag along with the chicken. Seal the bag and knead to combine all the ingredients. Then place in the fridge from any where from 1 hour to overnight to marinate. In my opinion, it’s best if the chicken gets to soak in this for at least 4 hours but overnight is best!

I served this chicken up with my red, white, and blue summer salad along with a prepared package of Rice-a-Roni. This chicken recipe is the perfect meal to serve for a summer bbq.
