As winter gives way to spring, it’s the perfect excuse to gather together with your loved ones. This time of year is ideal for casual brunches, so for your next midday feast with friends and family,  I took inspiration from the changing weather and created a easy new spin on a brunch/breakfast staple using Mussleman’s apple butter for easy apple butter pancakes! #AppleButterSpin

I decided to take the ordinary pancake and give it an apple butter twist. I even started with a box of complete pancake mix to make life simple. If you would rather use you own pancake recipe feel free. Just add 1/4 cup apple butter along with 1/2 tsp apple pie spice to your favorite recipe recipe for every 1 cup of flour used. You end up with a very moist and flavorful pancake!

I also love to have fresh spring flowers on the table for a spring brunch or breakfast. It just helps brighten the day. So FTD is giving $10 off select spring arrangements for Real Mom Kitchen readers. I just had some tulips delivered from them last week. I mean who doesn’t love getting a deliver of fresh flowers? This would also be great to add to your table for Easter! By shopping through the link I provided you will automatically see the $10 discount on all the eligible arrangements!
