Today is the day we are moving my middle son to college. Luckily, he is only moving a couple of hours away so we will still get to see him on some weekends. It’s another change in life that I an excited and sad for at the same time.
Luckily my oldest son is living at home and commuting to school in order to save money. I don’t think my daughter is ready to be the only child at home hanging with mom and dad all the time.
Today’s recipe is a great recipe for making your own sweet and sour chicken at home. My family isn’t a fan of the veggies, so I leave them out.
I also usually make this sweet and sour chicken recipe the cheater way and I use popcorn chicken in place of making the chicken myself. The cheater way makes a quick and easy dinner.
