I love cinnamon rolls. I’m engaged to an Aussie and he and his family find it ridiculous that we’d eat such sweet stuff so early in the day, but I can’t help it, I love them!
We love something called Peterson Pie. It is made in a Dutch oven and has potatoes, eggs, bacon ham or sausage, and melted cheese on top. Yumm! The name comes from a friend who shared the recipe.
My favorite Brunch item is any sort of Breakfast Casserole.

For the moment it’s the easy to make donuts made out of biscuit dough! You can’t get much easier then using biscuit dough already made and they’re soo yummy!
My favorite brunch recipe is Nutella-Banana french toast! Batter your thick texas toast with eggs and milk (2 slices) and put some Nutella on one side of each slice. Slice some bananas and place them on top of Nutella. Next, sandwich it and fry it up! Yum!
I really enjoy the breakfast casseroles, but my favorite are my multi grain Belgium waffles
