- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 (16 oz) cans pork and beans, undrained
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter. Add onions and peppers to the butter and cook until tender. Add beans, pineapple, bbq sauce, honey, and brown sugar. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes until thick. Serves 8-10.
