- 1 pomegranate
- 2 large navel oranges, segmented segmented and save the membrane
- 2 pink grapefruits, segment and save the membrane
- Add all of the fruit into a serving bowl. Squeeze the membranes left from the oranges and grapefruit over the fruit releasing the juices, toss all together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 4.
