- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice of calrose rice (I used calrose)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- For rice cooker, combine all ingredients in the rice cooker, Cover and turn on. It’s that simple.
- For the stove top, combine the rice, broth, and salt in a large saucepan and cook over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
Decrease the heat to a simmer and add the remaining ingredients. Stir, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
