  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1 sprig fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, more to taste
  • pinch of black pepper, more to taste

Instructions

  1. In food processor or high-powered blender, add all of the ingredients and pulse until well blended and smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
