Quick and Easy Waffles

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla together. Then slowly add in the melted butter while whisking. 
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together until combined. It’s ok if the is lumpy, but make sure all the batter is wet. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes and DO NOT MIX. Preheat your waffle iron.
  4. Scoop the amount of batter needed for your waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturers instructions. Depending on waffle maker size, will make about 4 large waffles.
