Today, I have a great Private Selection giveaway. This label found at Kroger Stores (for me I find it at my local Smith’s). They recently came out with some finishing butters in 6 amazing flavors – roasted garlic and herb, lemon pepper, lemon garlic and herb, honey, caramel sea salt, and cinnamon brown sugar.

private selection finishing butters labeled.jpg

These butters are great to use on baked goods like breads and muffins. I used the roasted garlic and herb to make some quick garlic bread. They also work well for breakfast on top of waffles, french toast, pancakes, etc.

You can use them to jazz up your cooked veggies. Add some caramel sea salt to a baked sweet potato or toss some steamed broccoli with some of the lemon pepper.

They can even go beyond that cook your meat in it. I love the shrimp cooked in the lemon garlic and herb version served over some cooked linguine that has also been tossed with some of the butter. Or how about putting some on a whole chicken before roasting it or adding a pat to a cooked steak.

You can also use them in cooking too in place of regular butter for more flavor!  Are you hungry yet?

Well the folk from Private Selections are providing a Private Selection Kit filled with a sample of their artisanal-inspired ingredients and a $100 gift card for one lucky RMK reader so they try their finishing butters for themselves. See the rafflecopter widget below to enter.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Disclosure: I was received the same kit that is being given away.
