Pineapple Ice Cream Topping

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch


  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium sized sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool and serve warm if desired or allow to cool enough to place in the refrigerator. Refrigerate until fully cooled and serve cold.
