Peanut Butter Balls


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 lb. chocolate melting wafers


  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, corn syrup, powdered sugar, and peanut butter together until well blended.
  2. Shape in to balls and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate while balls chill.
  4. Dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper or parchment to set. Makes 45 – 50 peanut butter balls.
