- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 lb. chocolate melting wafers
- In a bowl, combine the butter, corn syrup, powdered sugar, and peanut butter together until well blended.
- Shape in to balls and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Melt chocolate while balls chill.
- Dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper or parchment to set. Makes 45 – 50 peanut butter balls.
