Overnight French Toast Bake


Ingredients

  • 12 cups cubed french bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups half and half
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spray 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Place bread cubes in baking dish.
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs, half and half, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla with wire whisk until smooth; pour over bread cubes. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  3. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center come out clean.
