Today is my last post about my oh so fabulous Napa trip. I am so grateful for the chance to go and let me say that the people at Bush’s Beans and Edelman sure know how to treat a girl good! I felt like I was hanging around with family the whole time Everyone there was wonderful. I am also thrilled about the opportunity I had to cook alongside everyone and learn from such great chefs while at a fantastic location.
The Culinary Institute looks like a majestic castle. It is gorgeous. The kitchen we got it cook in was fabulous. I am really jealous of the whole garden area that they have right in front of the building. It has rows of fresh herbs and veggies. They just send students out to the rows to snip or pick what ever they may need for their cooking. Then right across from the school is a beautiful vineyard. It was all just breath taking to see.
Now even though you weren’t able to come along with me, Bush’s Beans has provided a great gift pack for me to pass along to one of you! Many of these items were ones I also received in Napa.
