My absolute favorite, with 1 cup of peanut butter in this dessert, is Frozen Peanut Butter Pie.

I meant to say Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade, and JIF not the other word I unexpectedly typed…The meal is a variation from a place we used to go to dine, I decided to make the meal on our own terms, sometimes I use brown rice rather than the rice noodles, but the rice noodles have neat crunch and texture, one could toss in some tiny carrotts and some onions and garlic to ramp up the taste, but when I am rushing around I sometimes leave it to just the basics, happy happy holidays to you and your!

I love to use peanut butter Jif preferably in a chicken dinner with the chicken cooked on our george foreman grill on skewers then boil some rice noodles, drain, stiry fry with the Jig and some kikkoman teriyaki marinade…put all together yummmmo..a simple green salad of spinach lightly sauteed with garlic and some lemon for a nice surprise..a wonderful meal, healthy, hearty and easy after a day of work, running around…Love your blog, would love to win the giveaway my crockpot is probably about 36 years old and I could use a new one..Happy Hanukkah, Merriest of Christmas, peace, joy & health to you and yours in 2012~~!!!!

I have an old recipe from my mom for peanut butter bon bons that are pretty good, but I love those chocolate cookies with the peanut butter middle, even if they do take forever to put together and bake.
And, of course, my husband’s favorite is muddy buddies.
