Hot Tuna and Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 cans water packed tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dried onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used light mayo and I need 1 extra tablespoon)
  • Dash pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, split (I did 5 buns)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except buns, of course) together and put into buns. Wrap buns in aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (I cooked mine for 20 minutes). Serves 4-5.
