Holiday Cranberry Sauce

  • 2 cups (8 oz) fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice


  1. Wash cranberries.
  2. Add the washed cranberries to a sauce pan along with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes or until most of the cranberries have popped.
  4. Cool and then serve.
