- 2 cups (8 oz) fresh cranberriees
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- Wash cranberries.
- Add the washed cranberries to a sauce pan along with the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes or until most of the cranberries have popped.
- Cool and then serve.
