  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup diced ham
  • 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook to scramble. Add in the cheese and ham. Stir to combine.
  3. Divide egg mixture evenly between the 4 warmed tortillas. Roll up and serve. Makes 4 wraps.
