Grilled Turkey and Provolone


Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2/3 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 Tbsp softened butter

Instructions

  1. Spread 4 slices of the bread with mayonnaise. Then on top of the mayo layer with turkey, tomato and cheese. Top each with the remaining bread.
  2. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter. On a hot griddle, grill sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Makes 4 sandwiches.
