We are finishing pumpkin week with a flashback to one of my must make fall recipes. Fall wouldn’t be fall if I haven’t made this recipe for pumpkin bars at least once.
There are 2 ways to make these. You can top them with cream cheese frosting (my favorite way) or with chocolate chips (my husband’s favorite way). To make everyone happy, I always do half a pan with chocolate chips and the other half with frosting.
If you really want to go all out, top with whole pan with chocolate chips and then follow up with the cream cheese! If you happen to have a copy of my cookbook, this recipe is included in there.
