Mock Stroganoff – Flashback Friday

Today’s flashback is one of my favorite quick dishes to make for my family. This mock stroganoff is also a dish everyone enjoys for dinner. Gravy mix packets help make this a speedy meal to make and it is always a good solution for what to make with that pound of ground beef.
