Quiche tends to be a girly dish. I don’t know very many men who would order it at a restaurant, however my husband and boy do love to eat it when I make it. Quiche is great to serve at a baby or bridal show and the mini shape of these mini ham quiches makes them even more fun.
These mini quiche would also be lovely to surprise mom with for breakfast in bead on Mother’s Day. Just pair these mini ham quiches with some fresh fruit and mom’s morning beverage of choice and you are set.
