Today, we are flashing back to a recipe that I love to use to make meatball subs with. I love the simple sauce that these ginger ale meatballs cook in. Not only do they make great sandwiches, but you can also just serve them as is for an appetizer.
Since these meatballs cook in the slow cooker, they make a great simmer meal. Using a slow cooker is much cooler than using an oven 🙂
