This simple and easy recipe produces a tasty artisan-like bread. It also looks very rustic. The only thing about this recipe is the resting time. You have to let the dough rest, then you drop the dough into 2 big blobs on a cookie sheet and let it rest again. This is perfect to serve alongside pasta, soups, and chili. It is one of my most favorite bread recipes.
