Today’s old but goodie flashback is a chicken enchilada soup that made my top 10 list back in 2009.
It’s still one of my favorite soups, it’s just my list has expanded to include more than to. It’s so easy. Just put everything in the slow cooker and let it cook! If you haven’t tried it yet, you should!
