At just about any one of our family gatherings, you can almost always find some form of Jell-O salad like this cherry apple Jello salad. It’s tradition for us. This is probably why Utah has the highest per capita for consumption of Jell-O not only in the US, but in the world.
So for Utah, I really think Jell-O is a tradition. We always say there is always room for Jell-O, it fills in the cracks. So Thanksgiving would not be complete without some form of Jell-O salad and this is one of my favorites. This cherry apple Jello salad also works well for Christmas because of it’s beautiful red color.
