We are flashing back to a definite oldie but goodie today! This Cafe Rio Sweet Pork is one of my most request recipes. Anytime I make it, I always get asked for the recipe.
Be sure to check out the notes in the recipe because since first making this, I have slightly changed the way I make it. I think it makes it better, but the original is still there for those who love that version.
