Five Ingredient Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix together until combined.
  2. Add in the oats and chocolate chips and combine together.
  3. Shape into 1 inch round balls. I pack the mixture into a cookie scoop. Then release it from the scoop. Then I use my finger tips to help it get that nice round shape. Makes 30 bites.
