Easy Roasted Red Pepper Bean Dip


  • 1 (15.5 oz) can BUSH’S® Cannellini or Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 1 roasted red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Combine all of the above ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender (such as a Blendtec).
  2. Pulse until dip is creamy and spreadable.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables, or pita chips.
