- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Add all on the ingredients together in a bowl and blend until well combined. This can be made ahead and kept in a jar in the freezer for long storage or fridge for short storage. Makes 1/2 cup.
My preferred method for using this to make garlic bread is – I slice my French bread into slices and spread one side of each slice with butter, still keeping the loaf together. The wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
