Do-It-All Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard or 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley or 1/2 Tbsp dry parsley
  • pepper, according to your taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the above ingredients into a gallon sized freezer bag.  Carefully whisk it all together in the bag.
  2. Add your chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, or tofu to the marinade.  Place in the refrigerator and marinade for at least 5 hours.  Overnight is best for full flavor.
  3. Remove meat etc from marinade and discard marinade.  Cook meat etc as desired.  I used it for grilled chicken.
