Creme Brulee Syrup



  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  1. In a sauce pan, combine butter, buttermilk, sugar and corn syrup together. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 7-10 minutes stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from the heat and mix in the vanilla and baking soda.
