- Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another bowl.
- In the bowl with the whites, beat with a mixer until high stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In the bowl with the yolks, begin beating on low speed. Then gradually add in the cream while mixing and then beat for 1 minute. Add in the flour and salt and mix until smooth.
- Now gently fold in the beaten egg whites you have set aside. Cook in your waffle maker according to manufacturers instructions. This made 3 waffles for me.
