1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
4 oz chopped white chocolate

Instructions

In a large sauce pan, heat the apple cider along with the cinnamon and all spice.
Add in the cream and white chocolate and stir until fully melted and combined. Makes 4 servings.

Notes

If you would like it sweeter, mix in 1/4-1/2 cup white or brown sugar.
