- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Then add in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until a soft dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place golf ball size scoops of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Makes 5 dozen.
